As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales results while representing company values and bringing your real self to work every day.

• You drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to achieve KPI results.
• You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, model leadership and hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room.
• You recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed for business needs, and you take pride in training and developing associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture.
• You challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, celebrating outstanding performance.
• You innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
• You uphold store safety standards, commit to Asset Protection, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing.
