All About Style: A team of consultants who understand what it means to meet our guests where they are and deliver through operations, guest experience, and visual merchandising that inspires guests and builds the basket.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, locating merchandise to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and merchandising, including signing execution.
• Maintain and utilize the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive-up (DU); comply with applicable laws, including alcohol regulations where required.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role where teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving are key.
• You are open to a flexible schedule, including varying hours, days or shifts (nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly; stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multi-tasking within established time frames

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments
• Ability to stay mobile for a scheduled shift
