Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

You will assist the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining displays.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing photos of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit—are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Capable of performing hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms to store floors and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Queen Creek, AZ.
• Secondary locations:
  Gilbert – Mesa – Chandler, AZ.
• Schedule required:
  Sunday – Thursday, 5:00–6:00 AM start time; holidays as needed.

Hourly compensation ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 based on experience.
