The general (FOH) staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operation. They are responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere, managing customer orders, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area. They are the first point of contact for customers, and their efficiency and demeanor can significantly impact the restaurant's reputation and customer retention.

• Arrive for shifts on time.
• Greeting customers with a friendly smile and guiding them through the menu.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests and maintain cleaning.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions with precision.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Enjoy working with people.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and move boxes that weigh 20 pounds.
