Emergency Veterinarian

We are looking for an ER DVM to join our 22,000 square foot state-of-the-art hospital at Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center located in Gilbert, AZ. Our Emergency & Critical Care hospital offers three sister sites and serves the fast-growing east and southeast side of Phoenix. We are interested in internship-trained ER DVMs or ER DVMs with at least three years of true ER experience.

This role is for an overnight-only ER DVM.

• Provide overnight emergency veterinary care in a high-volume ER setting.
• Collaborate with board-certified critical care specialists and staff to ensure the highest quality patient care.
• Participate in intern lectures, resident rounds, cage-side rounds, and ongoing education.
• Support continuous learning and develop staff training and development with the Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) leader.
• Contribute to a team-focused, supportive work environment with strong mentorship.

• Internship-trained ER DVM or ER DVM with at least three years of true ER experience.
• Willingness to work overnights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; commitment to patient care and client service.
