Copper Springs East, located in Gilbert, Arizona, is a 72‑bed behavioral health hospital offering inpatient and outpatient programs for mental health and addiction treatment for adults and seniors. The facility provides comprehensive care including psychiatric treatment, medical detox, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). We also run specialized programs such as Help for Heroes for active‑duty military members, veterans, first responders, and other high‑risk professionals.

• Assess patients and develop care plans within specified time frames, documenting findings according to policies.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately, including notifying the physician when needed.
• Follow hospital policy for medication administration.
• Consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
• Deliver quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies, procedures, and demonstrated nursing competencies.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.
• Experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred; experience in patient assessment, family motivation, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations.
• CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
