RN – ICU Gilbert, AZ

Were seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity unit in Gilbert, Arizona
. This role is ideal for an RN with critical care experience who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU

Monitor hemodynamics, ventilators, and vasoactive medications

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

Document patient care accurately and in compliance with hospital standards

Maintain adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols

BLS & ACLS required

2+ years ICU experience preferred

Experience with ventilated patients and advanced monitoring

Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills
