The RN will assess patient and family health problems, identify resources, and take a leadership role in developing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive nursing care plan. All RNs are expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and hospital job description.

• One year medical/surgical intensive care experience.
• AZ RN license or RN license from a Compact State.
• ADN, Diploma, BSN, or Foreign Equivalent.
• Current American Heart Association BLS card.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Strong cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, intra‑aortic balloon pump skills.
• Professional certification in area of specialty.
• CCRN.
