CNC Mill Operator (2nd Shift) – Aerospace Manufacturing

Location:

Gilbert, AZ | Full-Time | $25–$33/hr

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Location: 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233

Genuine Machine Products is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join our night shift team

• Set up and operate 3–5 axis CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and calibration
• Monitor machining operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with routine maintenance
• Collaborate with a knowledgeable and supportive manufacturing team

• 5+ years of CNC Mill Operator experience (Aerospace experience strongly preferred)
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machining processes
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
