• Tank Inventory Management – Keeping tabs on tank levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring we have the right materials, from tanks to resin to acid, to meet production demands.
• Hands‑On Work – Actively involved in loading and maintaining membranes, conducting tests, and cleaning RO membranes per established guidelines.
• Production Documentation – Keep meticulous records of production, quality control, and maintenance to ensure everything is running according to plan.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with fellow technicians, plant managers, and purchasing teams to guarantee smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Delivery Support – From forklifts to dollies, help ensure all materials are where they need to be.

• Water Treatment Expertise – Knowledge of water treatment systems is a plus, but we’re also open to candidates eager to learn and grow in the field.
• Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and keep things running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communication – Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with team members and partners.
• Forklift Experience – Ability to safely operate forklifts and other equipment as part of the delivery process.

• Plant – Expect to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with occasional exposure to noise, mechanical parts, and vibration.
• Active work – Be ready to lift up to 25 pounds, work with various mechanical equipment, and stay active throughout your shift.
