A Landscape Account Manager oversees and manages landscape maintenance and enhancement projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves a mix of operational management, team leadership, and client interaction, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and budget management. This is a field position, with the need to start and end each day at the yard located in North Phoenix.

Planning, organizing, and directing the execution of landscape maintenance and enhancement projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards and budget.
Crew and Safety ManagementSupervising and leading landscape crews, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and training on quality and efficiency. Ensuring a safe work environment by implementing safety procedures, conducting safety inspections, and providing safety training to crew members.
Quality Control and Client InteractionConducting quality control inspections, ensuring work meets bid specifications and client expectations. As the client’s main point of contact, the account manager will address concerns to ensure client satisfaction, including estimating costs for extra work, bidding on projects, and selling additional landscape services.
Budget ManagementManaging job costs by monitoring crew timecards, regulating expenses, and overseeing the procurement and management of materials, equipment, and tools required to ensure profitability.
EssentialSkills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, arbor care, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and general office software, with the initiative to learn more.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in safety regulations and procedures.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a must.
- Outdoor work environment with exposure to extreme heat in summer months.
- May involve working with power tools and equipment.
- May require lifting, bending, and other physical activities.

- Monday to Friday, 5am-3pm (may be longer in summer months)
- 3 years of landscaping experience or knowledge, preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish, preferred
- Transportation with a clean driver’s license required
