This position is actively posted in Phoenix, AZ;
Denver, CO; and Los Angeles, CA. Applicants may be based in any of these markets, with this role covering the West Coast territory.

As a Regional Manager, you will: develop business and market strategies to drive growth and profitability; engage and motivate employees; ensure correct staffing; provide sales leadership; maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of district-level management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

• Product line knowledge.
• Leadership and organization.
• Coaching and mentoring.
• Profit & Loss management.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
