Maintenance Technician – Painter

• Perform high-quality painting for apartment turnovers, touch-ups, and common areas.
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Conduct daily inspections of community amenities and common spaces.
• Support seasonal tasks such as irrigation and pool upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members regarding work orders.

• Proven experience in residential or commercial painting.
• Basic knowledge of home maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
