Residential Cleaners - Up to $21/hr - Paid Weekly + $500 Tenure Bonus After 3 Months

Earn up to $21 per hour plus generous tips. We pay weekly and offer a $500 tenure bonus after 3 months of service.

Clean Affinity is a family‑owned, top‑rated cleaning company serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. We use all‑natural, eco‑friendly cleaning products—no chemicals or bleach, just non‑irritating supplies and hard work.

We provide a supportive environment where you work solo most of the time, allowing you to focus on the job. The schedule is Monday‑Friday 8 am–6 pm, so weekends are completely free.

We provide all equipment, supplies, and a seven‑day one‑on‑one training program with an experienced mentor. After training, your mentor will continue to support your growth.

Cleaning experience is not required. We hire for character, train for skill, and provide opportunities for growth.

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle capable of carrying cleaning supplies
• Ability to drive up to 60 miles per week between jobs and to commute from home
