Maintenance Custodian Associate

Overview

Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club. The role focuses on maintaining a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors to ensure a positive first and last impression for members.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) per Company procedures, guidelines, and methods using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.

Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, ensures chemicals are rotated and stored properly, and places orders to replenish supplies when low.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
