Our attorneys practice across Family Law, Criminal Defense, DUI, Personal Injury, Car Accidents, and Estate Planning, with a strong emphasis on personalized advocacy, strategic judgment, and compassionate representation.

We are currently seeking a Family Law Attorney (Associate or Lateral) who is passionate about family law and motivated to grow within a collaborative, forward-thinking firm.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Arizona, with flexibility to work remotely part of the week. Attorneys may be based out of any of our offices in Scottsdale, Gilbert, Glendale, Lake Havasu, or Show Low.

As a Family Law Attorney at Genesis Legal Group, you will:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and related proceedings
• Provide clear, strategic legal guidance tailored to each client’s circumstances
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff
• Maintain consistent, compassionate client communication from intake through resolution

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Arizona
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities
• Strong verbal communication skills and a client-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience practicing family law, including divorce, custody, support, and enforcement matters
• Courtroom and negotiation experience
• Exposure to related practice areas such as Criminal Defense or Estate Planning and Probate is a plus

Compensation is competitive and structured to align with experience, performance, and long-term growth

• Base salary commensurate with experience and level (associate or lateral)
• Performance-based bonuses tied to productivity, collections, and firm contribution

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, and overall fit with the firm.
