Description

• Lead and mentor the analytics team, providing direct support while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Provide clear structure and daily prioritization for analytics tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Oversee the successful execution and delivery of analytics projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring transparent, timely, and effective communication on analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and IT teams to develop and implement processes that support data quality, integrity, and security.
• Identify opportunities for team development, encouraging continuous learning, skill enhancement, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current on analytics best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities.
• Ensure responsible handling of sensitive data and adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Proven experience in analytics leadership, including managing teams and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage daily tasks while contributing hands‑on to analytics development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop team members and cultivate a positive, high‑performing team environment.
• Experience collaborating with Data Engineering and other technical partners.
• Hands‑on experience working with sensitive data while maintaining data privacy and security standards.
• Fluency in reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar solutions to track, prioritize, and report on analytics work.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred.
