From due diligence and feasibility studies to design & build, development, management, and marketing, we help our clients achieve success every step of the way. As our company grows, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help expand SSCG’s digital footprint.
Position OverviewThe Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing, optimizing, and maintaining SSCG’s digital marketing initiatives. This position is primarily focused on paid media, analytics, tracking, and website optimization, taking ownership of many day‑to‑day digital marketing tasks so senior leadership can focus on strategy, pricing, and broader initiatives.
This role is perfect for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to grow their digital marketing skills. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, taking ownership of meaningful digital marketing tasks that directly impact business results. While your main focus will be digital, there will also be opportunities to assist with creative and print projects, giving you a well‑rounded view of marketing in a fast‑growing company.
With variety built in, you’ll work across multiple platforms, tools, and marketing channels, keeping every day interesting and full of learning opportunities.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple self‑storage facilities
- Monitor performance, conversion tracking, and KPIs using Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Help identify trends, prepare reports and provide actionable insights to manager
- Stay up to date on PPC best practices and platform updates
- Perform routine website updates (pricing, promotions, facility details)
- Support on‑page SEO and basic site optimization
- Ensure forms, tracking, and integrations function properly
- Manage listings and online reputation platforms
- Compile monthly performance reports and pacing checks
- Collaborate cross‑departmentally to align marketing and operational goals
- Track and manage digital marketing spend against budget
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows, tracking, and performance
- Expand responsibilities based on skills and business needs
- Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing deadlines independently
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of paid search metrics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
- Comfortable working with or learning website‑building platforms
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus, but not required

Monday through Friday, hours flexible but typically between 8AM-5PM
In‑office position (not remote)
$20-$23/hour DOE
