Position OverviewWe are looking for a Recruiter to support company growth by hiring high quality talent across sales, operations, underwriting, and corporate teams. This role will manage the full recruiting lifecycle and work closely with leadership to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications- Two or more years of recruiting experience
- Mortgage or financial services recruiting experience preferred
- Experience recruiting sales and operational roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast‑paced environment
