We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Surgical Coordinator to join our fertility clinic. As a Surgical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth and efficient surgical procedures for our patients. The position primarily involves communicating with patients, coordinating surgical schedules, and providing support and guidance throughout the surgical process. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction while adhering to clinic protocols and guidelines.

This is a full-time position based at our fertility clinic. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and make a positive impact on our patients' lives.

• Communicate and establish rapport with patients, providing them with detailed information about the surgical procedures offered at our fertility clinic.
• Coordinate surgical schedules and manage the surgical calendar, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and efficiency in scheduling.
• Assist patients in scheduling their surgeries, taking into account their preferences and availability.
• Collaborate with the medical team to evaluate and determine the most appropriate timing for surgeries, which may involve manipulating patient’s menstrual cycles with birth control pills to align with surgical dates.
• Educate patients about surgical preparation protocols, including any preoperative instructions, medication administration, and dietary restrictions.
• Address patients' questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and appropriate guidance regarding surgical procedures, post-surgery care, and general fertility-related queries.
