• Candidates with an AZ driver's license will not be considered
• Provider must have 3 years minimum of current Oncology experience - [REQUIRED]
• Must have ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - [REQUIRED]
• Nursys cannot show any hits on license at time of submission
• Certs
Required:
ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) & OCN
• AZ/Compact RN license required
