• Assist in administering health information services in compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Implement policies and procedures for documenting, storing, and retrieving information, including processing medical-legal documents, insurance data, and correspondence requests.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation as required.
• Ensure HIPAA guidelines are strictly followed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in information management and psychiatric healthcare facilities is preferred.
