Join us as we seek a dynamic PHYSICAL THERAPIST to provide excellent patient care, including evaluating patients for treatment and directing administration of care plans upon referrals from physicians. Consult with other health care disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning. Instruct patients and caregivers in home program exercises and functional activities. Assist with patient program management while delivering quality patient services.

• Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program required.
• Computer skills required.
• Arizona PT License.
• American Heart Association BLS.

• Current AZ Physical Therapy License in good standing.
• Two years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care preferred.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
• Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
