• Maintain a safe, functional, clean, and attractive environment for patients, guests, and staff.
• Perform plant maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Plant Operations Manager.
• Conduct operational assessments, equipment testing, and documentation.
• Perform safety and preventive maintenance inspections and record findings.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may suffice.
• Valid driver’s license, good Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle.
• Experience in plant operations in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus.
