- Maintain a safe, functional, clean, and attractive environment for patients, guests, and staff.
- Perform plant maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Plant Operations Manager.
- Conduct operational assessments, equipment testing, and documentation.
- Perform safety and preventive maintenance inspections and record findings.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may suffice.
- Valid driver’s license, good Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle.
- Experience in plant operations in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus.
