Overview

Responsibilities- Directly implement evidence-based intervention for children with autism, under the BCBA direction.
- Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes using data collection software.
- Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations.
- Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings as required.
- Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed.
- Data collection on target behaviors and designated training goals.
- Document daily progress notes for contracting source.
- Implement behavioral interventions with the client.
- Assist clinicians in clinical duties such as creating stimuli for clients.
- Maintain knowledge of current case status for each assigned client.
- Follow guidelines set forth for RBTs by the BACB.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge

- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass required background checks

- Must have reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and get up and down off the floor quickly
- Ability to climb, jump, and run
- Move quickly to ensure client safety
- Manual dexterity to navigate an iPad and computer keyboard
