At Soar Autism Center, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. Our specialized approach draws from the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play‑based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. By joining our team, you’ll contribute significantly to our mission‑driven care model.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2‑6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession’s high standards.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.
• Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child’s progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up‑to‑date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.

• Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program; bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (paid training provided).
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client.

• $21.00 - $28.00 per hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion.
