This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Therapist located in Gilbert, AZ. The Couples Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to couples and individuals in relationships, guiding them through relationship challenges, fostering communication, and aiding in conflict resolution. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, maintaining client records, and collaborating with other health professionals to provide a holistic approach to care.

The Couples Therapist will also optionally facilitate online courses, groups, and/or workshops focused on relationship enhancement and integrative mental health care.

• Education:
  
  Master 0degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) preferred, OR LPC, LCSW, LCMHC or equivalent certification
• Training or Willingness to be trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other couples therapy tools (Gottman Method, RLT, EMDR, IFS, Somatic therapy)
• Experience in couples therapy, conflict resolution, and relationship counseling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Client-centered approach to counseling
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Experience with integrative and holistic treatment approaches is a plus
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
