This role provides high-level administrative, analytical, and operational support to streamline the CFO's workload. As a strategic partner, you will increase the CFO's focus on high-impact financial strategies, enhance cross-departmental collaboration, act as a liaison between the finance department and other stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
High-level administrative support, managing complex calendars, travel and expenses- Complex calendar management; proactively gatekeeping and managing the CFO's schedule, prioritizing high-stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders while protecting focus time.
- Organize virtual and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate global travel and logistics for intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and 24/7 monitoring of changes.
- Manage expenses and review departmental expense reports for policy compliance before final approval.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CFO, filtering inquiries from investors, auditors, and department heads with extreme discretion.
- Coordinate high-level meetings for Finance, Audit, and Investment Committees.
- Assist in preparing and formatting executive-ready materials, including financial statements, board decks, and investor presentations.
- Compile confidential materials for the Financials of the Board Meeting and the Audit Committee materials.
- Implement and improve administrative systems to enhance the efficiency of the finance division.
- Act as a bridge between other departments to track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Lead or assist with ad-hoc projects.
