Founded in 2011 and in Chandler, Arizona, we are a family‑owned and operated, rapidly growing company. We were recognized in 2023 by the Chandler Chamber of Commerce as one of the best large employers in Chandler. Our primary location is a 159,000 square foot / 13‑acre Fabrication and Coating Facility. Our services include Civil Engineering, Equipment Installation and Maintenance, Structural Erection, Electrical & Instrumentation Installation, Steel Fabrication, and Industrial Coatings.

Loenbro Southwest is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Industrial Coatings Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial coating processes, materials, and project management. This role involves accurately estimating the cost and time required for various industrial coating projects, from initial assessment to final completion.

• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Coating Division leadership to understand our market strategy and capabilities. Review of estimates with leadership for alignment on labor hours, materials cost, equipment, and subcontracting if needed.
• Review Project Specifications:
  Thoroughly analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to determine project scope, materials, and labor requirements.
• Conduct Site Visits:
  Visit project sites to assess existing conditions, identify potential challenges, and gather accurate measurements.
• Develop Cost Estimates:
  Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
• Material Take‑offs:
  Accurately calculated quantities of materials needed for each project.
• Subcontractor Coordination:
  Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain quotes and incorporate their costs into overall project estimates.
• Proposal Development:
  Prepare comprehensive proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns, project timelines, and scope of work.
• Present Estimates:
  Present to management the methodology and costing elements of your estimating work. Be able to show back up and declare assumptions.
• Negotiate Contracts:
  Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to project specifications.
• Project Management:
  Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
• Participate in Weekly Estimating Meetings:
  Prepare and present updates on your assigned estimates. Speak to priorities and compliance with bid submittals.
• CRM Software:
  Working with the CRM manager, keep all records updated in Salesforce.
