Job Title: Adult Programs Instructor
Reports to: Programs Manager
Location: Alta Climbing and Fitness - Gilbert
Alta is looking for an experienced, professional Adult Programs Instructor to join our Adult Programs Team! This is a part time position. The ideal candidate is passionate in what they do and can provide Programs support while working for a fast-growing company. WhatYou’ll Do
- Work with Programs Manager and Instructors in order to provide an effective learning experience for each climber;
- Lead by example--motivate, inspire, and support all Program Participants;
- Manage the inherent risks involved with climbing;
- Maintain all current policies and procedures concerned with customer facing cleanliness and sanitation including, but not limited to, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE);
- Take initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose – We climb higher by lifting others.

Your Time Commitment:
- A minimum of two 2hr shifts per week
- Attend quarterly staff meetings
- CPR/AED & First Aid Certification required within 90 days of hire

The Adult Programs Coach is a “safety sensitive” position and requires the employee to be drug free. Pre-employment drug tests will be performed for all employees. Violations will result in non-compensated suspension or dismissal.
