Appointment Setter - Job Posting
We are seeking an Appointment Setter to support high‑volume inbound and outbound customer communication. This role is responsible for setting qualified appointments, answering incoming calls from prospective customers, performing timely and accurate data entry, and following up with existing leads. Additional responsibilities include making outbound calls as directed, meeting performance goals, and completing other assigned duties.
Responsibilities- Set qualified appointments in alignment with company standards
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
- Enter lead and appointment information accurately and promptly
- Follow up with existing leads
- Perform outbound calls as needed
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Customer support
- Appointment scheduling
- Data entry
- Call center operations
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Call center experience required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Data entry experience
- Excellent attendance record
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong ability to communicate with both internal and external customers
- Ability to complete tasks within given parameters and routines
- Best: 1-2 years of appointment‑setting experience
- Average: 1-2 years of customer service experience with data entry
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gilbert, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
