The primary purpose of this position is to process customer payments, keep daily balance of cash, currency and credit card receipts and schedule service appointments.
Requirements
Essential Functions:
• Process customer payments
• Balance cash drawer daily
• Schedule Service appointments for Service Department
• Answer the Service phone line in a professional manner, transfer calls to appropriate Service Advisor or take messages
• Develop and exhibit accounting skills
• Learn and understand DMS (computer system)
• File Service Repair Orders Daily
• Learn and understand all Ford programs and maintain a good relationship with Ford Motor Company
• Complete Ford and other required training
• Maintain good relationship with all departments, communicating with all coworkers in a professional and friendly manner
Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Practical Experience:
• 6 months practical experience
• Valid driver's license is required
