Reports directly to the Speed Pro Imaging general manager and is primarily responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to obtain new clients, while also helping to oversee and maintain the existing customer base.

60% Utilization of Core Bridge software for estimates/quotes

30% Customer service and client follow‑up calls

5% Manage the studio’s social media accounts

5% Miscellaneous (assist with studio tours, general help in the studio, etc.)

• Create targeted marketing strategies, campaigns and collateral to target core business prospects
• Oversee and develop content for blogs and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.) to generate awareness of the Speed Pro brand
• Maintain and update studio website as needed
• Ensure that all external communications are on‑brand and utilize consistent messaging
• Make follow‑up calls to existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with end‑products and to drive further business opportunities
• Utilization of Core Bridge software for estimates/quotes
• Review customer files, organize artwork, photos and customer notes for the proofing stage
• Complete site surveys prior to installation (to ensure accuracy of measurements, etc.)

• Highly motivated with a great attitude, and a desire to help others via an engaging personality and upbeat telephone personality
• Ability to maintain high level of engagement with customer base
• Strong knowledge of and experience with social media management
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proactive and self‑motivated to work independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills
