As a Customer Service Representative at Coast 2 Coast, you'll be the front line of communication between customers and the brands we represent. This role is ideal for individuals who want to develop elite communication skills, gain experience in sales and customer relations, and grow into leadership or higher-earning sales opportunities over time.
We believe customer service is the foundation of all great sales professionals, and this role is often the starting point for long-term growth within our organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer support
Communicate clearly with customers regarding products, services, and solutions
Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues efficiently
Represent partner brands with integrity and confidence
Maintain accurate records and follow communication guidelines
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience
Develop transferable skills in communication, problem-solving, and sales
