Responsibilities
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and managing daily operations.
  • Engaging with customers through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Conducting needs‑based conversations to uncover additional ways to assist customers.
  • Overseeing underwriting activities for clients.
  • Assisting with customer claims and handling escalated complaints.
Qualifications
  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and a Life & Health insurance license.
  • Customer service experience preferred, not required.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
