Responsibilities- Delivering outstanding customer service and managing daily operations.
- Engaging with customers through calls, texts, and emails.
- Conducting needs‑based conversations to uncover additional ways to assist customers.
- Overseeing underwriting activities for clients.
- Assisting with customer claims and handling escalated complaints.
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and a Life & Health insurance license.
- Customer service experience preferred, not required.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
