Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Interpret and implement project plans, specs, soil reports, and estimates
  • Build and execute efficient construction plans for roadway, sitework, and structural elements
  • Accurately calculate materials, equipment, and crew needs for assigned phases
  • Lead and supervise crews and subs with clear direction and professionalism
  • Track and report daily production, solve on-site challenges, and maintain progress
  • Uphold top-tier standards in safety, quality, and productivity
  • Collaborate with the project management team to report on job progress
  • Operate within and supervise GPS Topcon Base / Rover systems for grade control
  • Perform and direct layout work, including pad layout, over-ex, and subgrade prep
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA, MAG specs, ADA standards, and other relevant codes

  • Blueprint and plan-reading expertise
  • Solid grasp of grading, earthwork materials, tools, and methods
  • Ability to solve problems calmly and constructively
  • Respect for every team member's role on the jobsite
