The FP&A Business Intelligence Analyst supports the accounting department by delivering financial and operational analysis, reporting, and dashboards. You translate business requirements into technical solutions, build and maintain data pipelines using SQL and Python, and provide insights that support business decision‑making.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications for data warehousing, reporting, and automation initiatives.
• Support decision making through financial and operational analysis, dashboard development, and data modeling.
• Build and optimize data structures and pipelines by integrating internal and third‑party sources using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to transform complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze KPIs, financial metrics, and operational trends to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies for improving profitability and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2‑4 years of experience in business analytics, including developing systems to organize and analyze large data sets.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and detail.

• Weekly Pay – get your paycheck every Friday.
