Location: On-site in Prescott, Arizona

Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 per year ($23–$28/hr)

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

Schedule: Standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Work Setting: In person

This position is with a full-service landscaping provider specializing in enhancing and maintaining residential properties. They offer design, hardscaping, outdoor living spaces, irrigation, maintenance, and related services.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements with precision
• Assist with payroll processing and job cost tracking
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities
• Collaborate closely with senior finance leadership as needed

• Brings 4+ years of bookkeeping or similar experience (construction/landscaping background is a plus)
• Is proficient in Quick Books or similar accounting platforms
• Understands AP, AR, payroll, and job costing workflows
• Has exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Is based in or willing to relocate to Prescott, Arizona
