Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

Our company is currently seeking a reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Gilbert. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for invoicing, payment posting, account reconciliation, and supporting general accounting operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to pass a background check prior to hire.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare, verify, and process invoices for customers

+ Post payments, track receipts, and resolve discrepancies

+ Reconcile customer accounts and assist with collections as needed

+ Communicate professionally with customers to resolve billing issues

+ Support month-end close activities and produce aging reports

+ Maintain accurate records in both digital and paper formats

Requirements

Software Requirements:

+

Experience with Oracle is required

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

+ 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting role

+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

+ Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Additional Requirements:

+ Temp-to-hire position; must be able to work onsite in Gilbert

+ Candidate must be able to pass a background check prior to hire
