Sales & Design Consultant (On-Site) — Real Craft | Washington State On Target Earnings: $90K — $25/hour base + ~$40K average commission

Real Craft is seeking a driven Sales & Design Consultant who thrives in a collaborative sales environment and is motivated by earning potential. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, understands practical design, and wants their effort to directly impact their income.

You’ll guide homeowners, designers, and builders through selecting and customizing handcrafted doors and hardware, turning interest into confident buying decisions. If you’re competitive, organized, and hungry to grow sales with a tight-knit team, this role is for you.

Real Craft designs and builds premium doors and hardware for homeowners, architects, and designers nationwide. We’re the only DTC manufacturer using 100% real materials—true timber doors and solid metal hardware—handcrafted onsite using traditional joinery. Quality, craftsmanship, and accountability drive everything we do.

• $25/hour + uncapped commission (average ~$40K/year; top performers earn more)

• Drive sales through inbound leads and outbound prospecting
• Build relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and trade partners
• Provide design consultations on products, customization, and installation
• Create accurate quotes and proposals
• Manage orders and customer communication from sale to production
• Collaborate with sales and production teams

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or design-related field
• Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-up
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook; Hub Spot, Docu Sign, Shopify a plus)
• Team-oriented, coachable, and commission-driven
• Interest in design, architecture, or home improvement is a plus
