As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile. You will assist our servers in providing exceptional guest service and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant.

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Effective communication with others.
• Committed to making an impact.
• Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Can speak clearly, listen attentively, and transport plates, glasses, baskets within the dining area.
• Can wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift.
• Can wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently throughout the shift.

Physical standards: maintain stationary presence and mobility for up to four (4) hours, lift up to 25 pounds, wear protective hand coverings, use disinfectants, wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
