CLINIC MANAGER PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Salary Range: $96,000 to $ annually + $7,200 annual Loss Rate Bonus + Benefits. Individual salaries are dependent on experience and job-related factors. Local Roots. Local Ownership. Local Commitment. Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is looking to welcome Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to our outstanding Gig Harbor YMCA clinic. Hours are Monday - Friday 4x10s or 5x8s between 7:20 AM - 6:00 PM.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient care, personnel management, physician relations, and financial management.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, with formal mentorship from day one and a year-long manager mentorship program.
• Direct clinical programs such as Pelvic Health and Industrial Rehabilitation, and lead clinical education programming including Residency and Fellowship programs.
• Support recruitment and participate in national recruiting efforts and events/promotions.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, orthopedic setting.
• Demonstrated leadership role/activity in previous position(s).
• Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status).
• Current CPR certification.
