STARTING WAGE: $20.50/hr sign on bonus (F/T): $2,000. Shift Options:
Day/Evening/NOC & Shift 1, 2 & 3.

- HCA and/or CNA certification give priority.
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given).
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
- Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $20.50 to $23.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
