Compensation

Base pay will be determined by your skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care, as well as housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Obtain required training or certification based on state regulation.
