CURRICULUM SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Curriculum Support Technician's role is to support and maintain organizational computer systems, software, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining educator software and equipment while ensuring accessibility to district-adopted and supported materials. The individual will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School diploma or equivalent, and/or 3 years of work experience in a related field.

* Excellent knowledge of PC and desktop hardware.

LICENSES AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Must complete Safe Schools training modules annually
