Key Responsibilities:

Surgical Assistance:
Provide first assist in various hospital procedures with a strong emphasis on laparoscopic and robotic surgeries. Work independently in the operating room, ensuring that all procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate closely with surgeons to deliver high-quality surgical care, managing both pre-operative and post-operative care. Patient Care:
Manage 2-3 patients per shift, providing thorough assessments, treatments, and follow-ups. Participate in both inpatient rounds, monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed. Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. Practice Setting:
Inpatient-focused role with no outpatient requirements, allowing you to concentrate fully on surgical and hospital-based care. No call responsibilities, providing a balanced work-life schedule. Work Schedule:

Full-time position, working four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10's). Overtime applies after 40 hours per week, offering additional earning potential. Hospital Environment:
