We are seeking a qualified physician to join our team and provide in-house call coverage for our busy obstetrics and gynecology department.

This is a locum tenens position offering a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care in a growing community. Responsibilities:
Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage for deliveries, gynecological emergencies, and other patient needs as they arise. Collaborate effectively with nurses, residents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain a high level of clinical competency and stay up-to-date on current best practices in obstetrics and gynecology. Document patient encounters and procedures accurately and efficiently within the Epic electronic medical record system.

Qualifications:

Active medical license in the state of Washington (WA) or an Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLC) license. Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology (preferred). Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive knowledge base in obstetrics and gynecology. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and make critical decisions in time-sensitive situations. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor when interacting with patients and families.

ASAP - Ongoing Coverage includes major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, etc.) with a call-based schedule. You can expect to see an average of 25 patients per call shift.
