Accounts Payable CoordinatorJob Summary :
The Accounts Payable Coordinator compiles and maintains all vendor account payable and credit card accounts as well as other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews all invoices for approval and back-up prior to payment
- Administrator for corporate credit cards programs including monthly reconciliation and posting
- Scans and inputs all invoices into Accounting system
- Prepares urgent check requests ensuring proper approvals prior to payment
- Processes weekly AP run including printing and distributing checks
- Assists in monthly closing process
- Investigating and resolving AP issues
- Answering and directing incoming phone lines
- General office environment including operation of standard office equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
- Two to four years prior experience preferred.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Communicate in person, by phone with all site personnel
- Must be able to work with a team, and independently as required
This is a full-time position with minimal overtime requirements. Required
Education and Experience:
- H. S. Diploma or GED is required .
- 2-4 years work experience (Construction experience preferred).
