Job Title: Market President - Giddings

Reports To: Chief Lending Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop a significant, visible presence for the bank in the local market.
• Drive new relationships resulting in larger loan portfolio and increased deposits.
• Promote banking products and perform various lending duties.
• Maintain highest level of professionalism, quality of service, confidentiality and ethics.
• Actively involve in local civic service and other public groups in the community.

Qualifications:

• Extensive network of established relationships in the banking industry.
• Demonstrated success in building loan portfolios and deposit growth.
• Strong leadership experience at senior executive level.
• Excellent communication, ethics, and community engagement.

Location: Giddings, TX (within Texas, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Taylor)
