Introduction
As the Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager. Your exceptional ability to inspire and motivate colleagues will be key in unlocking their full potential. Your passion for sales, coupled with a deep understanding of the Bellerose DNA, will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and unique identity of our brand.
Tasks
You provide premium customer service and ensure sustainable customer loyalty.
Track the progress of weekly & monthly objectives
Managing the overall workflow of the store
Contribute to good stock management
Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback
Collaborate with the store manager on setting and achieving team-specific
Profile
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in store management
Ability to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Team-oriented with excellent leadership skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills
Experience in retail is a must
Hands-on mentality
You are not afraid of weekend work
